These days good credit is hard to come by, and even harder to maintain. Many people have been having problems with payments and debt, and some need serious help. If you do, then there is no shortage of people waiting to take what’s left of your money (and credit) and run away with a profit, so don’t rely on Google or the Yellow Pages.
We will be posting trustworthy credit agencies on the Credit section of our Resources page. Please remember that we are not paid or sponsored by any company we display in any way, shape or form.
Here are some links we have featured:
- National Foundation for Credit Counseling: Contains a list of legitimate Credit Counseling firms, approved by the Federal Government.
- Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies: Same as above; Contains a list of legitimate Credit Counseling firms.
- Better Business Bureau: A must-check before handing your money or personal information to any company.
We will be posting more as they come up. If you know of any trustworthy companies dealing with credit issues please let us know. We will check them out and may list them as well.
