Friedrich von Hayek was an Austrian economist, always staunchly pro Free market, Free trade and anti-socialist. He was also the most prominent proponent of what is now called the Austrian school of Economics and first became well known thanks to his book: The Road to Serfdom.

These days, while almost everyone remembers Keynes, relatively fewer non-economists remember Hayek. Luckily, we have footage of him being interviewed, as well as a video about his book. These are some very interesting videos.

  2. Ha! Well actually I did see it (after this post was written) and planned it for a future post. I decided to feature some Keynes videos as well, and this rap video as a stylish conclusion. So it’s all coming up. I’ll HT you though since you brought it up and I’m a nice guy.

    Seriously. Keynes and Hayek would’ve been so proud.
