Free Trade Sources

In these troubled times it is becoming harder and harder to find reliable resources for us believers in free trade, free markets and libertarian leanings. Many sources that used to agree with our way of thinking have jumped on the “markets are inherently evil” and “behavioral economics disproves free trade” bandwagons. Therefore we see it as our duty to list some surprisingly refreshing voices that are still making themselves heard:

The Truth about Trade is a pro-free trade site that is, surprisingly, run by farmers and farm representatives. Rather than kowtow to the protectionist line we expect to hear from most farmers, they strive to show how free trade is the more beneficial system.

TCS Daily: Inspired by Friedrich Hayek, this site looks at all sorts of news items from a free trade viewpoint. This will not, unfortunately (or fortunately), appease political aficionados, as they will represent view from both the left and the right. It will, however, be a wonderful resource for free trade thinkers.

The Economist: For those who follow us, you probably know this is one of our favorite resources. Chances are you do not need much of an introduction, but just in case, the concentration is on economics and public affairs and it is highly recommended.

There are others, but these are the three which, if you aren’t yet, we highly recommend following. Well, once you are finished with your DumbAgent articles.
